Try formatting this SQL:

SELECT
CONVERT(VARCHAR(15), RTRIM(InventoryItem.InventoryCD) ) [InventoryCD] ,
CONVERT(VARCHAR(10), RTRIM(INSite.SiteCD) ) [SiteCD] ,
SUM(MQMJItemLotsWIP.NetQty) [Total Qty] ,
SUM(INLotSerialStatus.QtyOnHand) [Qty On Hand] ,
SUM(MQMJItemLotsWIP.QtyWIP) [Qty WIP]
FROM
MQMJItemLotsWIP
INNER JOIN
InventoryITem
ON
InventoryITem.InventoryID = MQMJItemLotsWIP.InventoryID
AND InventoryITem.CompanyID = MQMJItemLotsWIP.CompanyID
INNER JOIN
INSite
ON
INSite.SiteID = MQMJItemLotsWIP.SiteID
AND INSite.CompanyID = MQMJItemLotsWIP.CompanyID
INNER JOIN
INLotSerialStatus
ON
INLotSerialStatus.CompanyID = MQMJItemLotsWIP.CompanyID
AND INLotSerialStatus.InventoryID = MQMJItemLotsWIP.InventoryID
AND INLotSerialStatus.SubItemID = MQMJItemLotsWIP.SubItemID
AND INLotSerialStatus.SiteID = MQMJItemLotsWIP.SiteID
AND INLotSerialStatus.LotSerialNbr = MQMJItemLotsWIP.LotSerialNbr
AND INLotSerialStatus.LocationID = MQMJItemLotsWIP.LocationID
WHERE
MQMJItemLotsWIP.LotSerialNbr = '1234'
AND (
MQMJItemLotsWIP.NetQty <> 0.0
OR INLotSerialStatus.QtyOnHand <> 0.0 )
GROUP BY
InventoryItem.InventoryCD,
INSite.SiteCD
ORDER BY
InventoryItem.InventoryCD,
INSite.SiteCD

SSMS 2017

Issues:

[] not being treated correctly as Labels

e.g.

"[Site CD]" -> "[SiteCD_________________]"

"[Qty On Hand]" -> "[__________________________________Qty
ON
________Hand]"

This also appears to have been fixed in release 5.3.0 for SSMS2017, if anyone else notices it
